on BAYSHORE DRIVE. The rate is $125500 per month no matter what the TRIPADVISOR site states!!!!!

This ground level apt has its own, secure, drive in electric gate operated by your own remote controller.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a large showers, full kitchen with eating area, relaxing front room, and has an office desk area. The front porch fully screened and is great for enjoying the sea breezes and sunsets. The apt. has its own inside full sized washer and dryer, iron and iron board for your personal use. This is perfect for those that want a peaceful, quiet Caribbean life but an easy walk to town or other attractions. beautiful sunrises in the front. This apt. is ready to just move in.(just bring your food and clothing) It is $1255.00US per month, The final electric is due at end of lease. Cable TV (smart tv)with premium channels, hot and cold water and wireless internet is included in the rent. You pay for your own electric used monthly as used and the final elect will be deducted from your deposit refund. The apt. has ceiling fans, and a/c in the bedroom and front room and and of course the wonderful cooling sea breeze. Required is a security/damage deposit to hold the apartment. No pets. We offer free bikes.
