LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! If you want spacious, high specification, secure accommodation in the heart of Rodney Bay then this might be what you need! No need for expensive hire cars - supermarkets, shops, cafes, bar, restaurants and beach are all within a few minutes walk from the house.

No17 The Harbour is a waterfront townhouse, in the heart of Rodney Bay Village, tastefully furnished to a high specification. It is one of 25 properties set in private, lush, tropical gardens behind secure electronic gates. We are fully government covid certified and our housekeeper is double vaccinated.

The front of the house has open views across the Harbour and Marina, with private jetty/dock (great for boats or late night fishing) and a communal outdoor pool. The rear of the property leads through gardens and the secure car park to the village and beach. Our housekeeper and concierge will be on hand to make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Ground Floor: The spacious open-plan ground floor is air conditioned and comprises covered open air patio, living room (TV/DVD/WiFi), dining room, cloakroom plus a well equipped kitchen & laundry room. French doors lead from the lounge to the waterfront patio.

First Floor: Two Air Conditioned En-Suite Bedrooms - one with King-size bed, TV/DVD, Bluetooth Speaker, Hairdryer, Walk-In Wardrobe, Balcony and Bathroom with twin basins/bath/shower/toilet; and one with twin beds (can be joined to make King size), TV, Bluetooth Speaker, Hairdryer, Wardrobe, Juliet Balcony and Shower Room with shower cubicle/single basin/toilet.

Second Floor: Master Suite - Air-conditioned with King-size bed, TV/DVD/WiFi, Bluetooth Speaker, Dressing Area, Hairdryer & Straighteners, Balcony and En-Suite Bathroom with shower cubicle/bath/twin basins/toilet.

Mezzanine Floor: Air-conditioned with Double Sofa Bed (suitable for one adult or two children) & desk. This is the only house on the complex with an additional mezzanine floor.

Housekeeper Service: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. Our housekeeper is happy to offer occasional cooking and personal laundry service for an additional charge - this can be arranged with her locally.

All the activities in Rodney Bay Village and the beautiful Reduit Beach are an easy walk away; whilst the National Trust Property - Pigeon Island and the IGY Marina are a mere 10 min land or water taxi ride away. Unless you want to explore the island (and there is lots to see and do) there is no need for a hire car. Excursions to all the key sites are widely available as are local taxis. Our concierge will be on hand to help and advise you.

Location, location, location. Be aware that many villas on St Lucia are very isolated with nothing within walking distance and a hire car will cost you around US$100 per day. No17 the Harbour will give you luxury, privacy, tranquility and security whilst being a very short walk from everything you will need.

Getting around

The villa is just off the main road parallel to the beach. The shops and supermarkets are within 200 yards and the bars and restaurants are in both the heart of the village and along the main road. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The Marina with its bars and restaurants is 5 mins by either land or water taxi. Rodney Bay has a wide choice of bars and restaurants with live music and plenty going on. Pigeon Island is 10/15 mins by land/water taxi. The capital, Castries is about 15/20 minutes by car/taxi depending on traffic. The yacht marina on the other side of the Harbour has a cluster of shops, cafes, bars and a bank (with ATM). It is easy to hire a quality car (although not necessary as all local amenities are within walking distance

Our property is managed by Tropical Villas St Lucia and their concierge will be on hand to greet you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. Additionally our lovely housekeeper will be in attendance 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is not often an already extensive and quality website presentation is exceeded but this is the case with 17 the harbour Rodney bay

If Yvonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
