Ground floor Backyard Studio, newly refurbished (June 2021) in a contemporary style. Conveniently located in a very quiet rural setting with forest views, only 10 min. away from the waterfalls, water mills, and Riverside beach, bars, and restaurants.

It takes 2 min. of drive to reach the town center and supermarkets.

Nature lovers - this place is for you!

* Upon arrival, we'll provide you with the tips for the Plitvice Lakes ( route options ), Rastoke village, Bars and Restaurants, Shops, etc.

• This unit is completely self-contained and it has separate entrance, private covered terrace and direct access to private backyard setting.

The apartment is for a maximum of 5 people and is ideal base for those wishing to be within easy reach of all main attractions.

It's a modern studio flat comprises of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed and one single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

A comfortable corner sofa bed in the living room can be made into a double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster and kettle. We also provide coffee and tea for those morning caffeine fixes.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo/soap/shower gel, and other toiletries.

• The nightly price is for 1 or 2 guests sharing the bed. Your reservation can be upgraded up to 3 additional guest (1 double and 1 single bed) for an extra fee of €15 per guest/per night.

# Rastoke - 'mini Plitvice'

A 300-year-old fairy tale village and protected area of the town Slunj that features waterfalls, mills, a river beach, restaurants, and bars. 'Petro' and 'Ambar' are the best restaurants there.

This old part of Slunj is only a one-minute drive or a ten-minute walk from the Apartment.

# Family property - 'Slovin Unique - Rastoke'

To complete the experience of Rastoke I recommend you visit this historic and charming family-owned property that features waterfalls, cascades, streams, 18th-century mill, antique museum, caves, and a fishpond. The entrance fee is 5 €.
