Description

Eretria is a seaside city which is known for the beaches, the cosmopolitan life and ancient theater and history. Located on the island of Evoea which is connected with road to central Greece and by ferry boat with a 20' sailing to Oropos. The unique 2 floor house is 7 years old and located between Eretria and Amarynthos town, 3 klm from beach and 5,8 klm from Eretria, 22 klm from the capital of Evoea island Halkis and 120 klm from Athens airport. With most excellent quality of manufacture at 1.450sqm land, garden with trees, herbs and vegetable garden. In the medium level is the central entry, the Italian country style kitchen, living room with fireplace and two large balconies with endless view 180 degrees sea view and in the around mountains . The upper level includes master bedroom with double bed, bathroom, wardrobe and balcony

The organized tourist units of the area, give you the οpportunity of many activities as water sports, boating, horse riding etc. You can visit the ancient museum of Eretria, the theatre and other ancient monuments. There are also pool bars, food market, restaurants, coffee shops, doctor, farmacy only 10 minutes from house. Halkis the capital of Evoea is only 20 klm from Eretria and you can visit the castle and the traditional streets of the old city.
