This luxurious three bedroom apartment is situated at one of Prague’s most scenic places, minutes from the Old Town Square, in an unspoilt and traditional neighbourhood with its own special charm and character, it enjoys an enviably central position just a short walk away from the Jewish Town and the Republic Square. This is one of the oldest quarters of the city, characterized by an authentic and a relaxed lifestyle.

The apartment is right in the heart of Prague's entertainment and culture, from here, you will have easy access for shopping in Parizska street, as well as theatres and Museums. Don't miss to sample the delights of traditional Czech cuisine, the choice of restaurants, bistros and cafes in the surrounding is simply huge. The Old Town is one of the most hip areas in the city for bars, clubs and nightlife. At night, it is very busy, with all sorts of weird and wonderful activities on offer. The quarter can be the venue for a romantic stroll or a night spent bar-hopping before partying until dawn in one of the city's top clubs.

Covering 240 sqm, this apartment can host up to 8 guests in a comfortable way and will provide you with all the luxuries you need. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very fine standard, retaining all the original features like the beams on the ceilings and the parquet floor. Here guests should expect a relaxed no fuss, great value for money accommodation, the apartment is well maintained and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Not only that, it also has a stunning view on the city's roofs and it is set in a very calm street.

The apartment is virtually equidistant to two underground stations, "Republic Square" and "Staromestska" (both about four minutes' walk away). These stations provide easy access to all part of the city, so getting around central Prague is quick and easy. A number of tram services are also accessible nearby.

The Apartment Attic Hastalska is located on the fourth floor in a building with elevator.

Property description: 3 bedrooms, large living room, dinning area, spacious retro working corner, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (both en-suite), separate guest toilet and dressing room.

Beds disposition: 2 king size beds, 3 single beds and sofa bed.

Layout: This is one of the largest apartment in Prague, it offers 240 m2, divided into two levels. On the main level are the first bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom, the large living room, the dining area and the kitchen. The third bedroom is on the top level with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Finally, another separate toilet is at the entrance of the apartment.

Highlights: Air conditioning and fans, WIFI, large 3D SAT TV, home cinema sound bar, Bluetooth speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, Italian espresso machine, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Medical and anti allergy mattresses, double sided oval make-up mirror, hair dryers, digital bathroom scale, safe and SAT TV in each bedroom.

Complimentary: coffee beans and toppings, variations of Pickwick Teas (black tea, green tea and large choice of flavoured teas), sugar, salt, pepper, chili, collections of premium spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, shower gel, soap, washing machine and dishwasher capsules.

Particularities: Second bedroom with fan, first bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, the upstairs has a low ceiling.
