Description

Elea villa resides in the heart of Messinian Mani, in the suburbs of the famous village of Kardamili and within the village of Agios Nikolaos. Our wonderful stone- built villa has been constructed with materials traditional to the aesthetics of the Mani region. The overall result provides the guest with a feeling of an upper class rural life.

The view from Elea Villa is amazing, unique in the entire region of Mani. In the south lies the blue sea and the picturesque harbor of St. Nicholas, with its small fishing boats tied up in ropes. In the north one can see the breathtaking view of mountain Taygetos, one of the highest mountains in Greece. The combination of both mountain and sea view makes for a fascinating landscape.

Elea Villa is located in a privileged spot in the Mani region. Hidden in the heart of the olive grove provides both privacy and seclusion to the visitor who wants to relax away from the hustle of the popular areas of Mani.

Elea Villa is situated only 500 metres away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Mani, the sandy beach of Pantazi, with bright gray sand, dotted with white and gray pebbles and a couple of greek traditional restaurants “tavernas”, surrounding the area. A little further away (3 km away to be exact) is Stoupa beach, with its turquoise clean waters is undoubtedly one the most popular destination of Mani region. Any list of beach destinations in Mani would be incomplete without the mention of the trendy) beach of Kalogria, a sandy swimming destination where both locals and tourists favour to swim, eat and play water sports.

Elea Villa is approximately 190 m2 and has two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a third bedroom with twin beds and a double sofa bed, a third bathroom and a WC. In total our beautiful villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of our villa there is a large open area that consists of the living/ dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Elea Villa has all modern amenities including air condition, flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed wireless internet.

Elea Villa is situated in the middle of an Olive grove and shares a large (10m x 5m) swimming pool and a barbeque area with its twin villa the “Villa Laas”.
