Riad Ethnique offers absolute privacy and peace of a completely exclusive use riad, without giving up who will take care of you and set up for you a wonderful breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace, or for a typical Moroccan dinner by candlelight. Meriem will also take care of daily set up of the house and will be present every day, from h 8.00 h to h 13.00 to prepare breakfast , will be pleased to give you information in relation to all the city's attractions. This riad, which has been completely and accurately restored, boasts more than 100 years of history, and gives you the possibility to enjoy the best and picturesque life of the Medina by discovering it from the inside.
Whether you are simply a romantic couple of honeymooners or a group of friends who wants to play golf or a family group on vacation for a week or just for a weekend, this unique housing solution allows you to have up to 3 bedrooms with king-size bed and one with 2 single beds to accommodate up to 8 people.
Each room with its en suite bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, such as: sheets, blankets, towels for the shower, shampoo and bubble bath. Every room is equipped with a/c for cold or warm air.
The kitchen is fully equipped to provide you with all the necessary comforts, gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, juicer, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchenware are of good quality.
The sofa area is ideal for relaxing or reading a book, is equipped with speakers for music and water spray for hot days.
Natural materials such tadelakt, harmonious coloured mosaics and terracotta floors will give you a comfortable feeling.
Situated in one of the most famous historical districts in the medina, this property is particularly convenient: taxi and bus stop at 150 meters from the house or with a 3-minute walk you will reach the beginning of the souks where you can walk admiring the amazing Moroccan crafts and dedicate yourself to the shopping. Do not forget some historical interest visit in the nearby like Musée de Marrakech and the Medersa Ben Youssef. If you feel tired or overheated you can always count on our small pool in the patio where you can cool off and relax by having a drink and planning the rest of the evening.
Neighboring the best restaurants just 5 minute by walk like Riad Moha, Cafè Arabe or Dar Zellij.
A very pleasant 800mt walk through the souks (12-15 minutes) leads you to the famous Jemnaa el-Fna square.
Do not forget a ride in the Nouvelle Ville to visit the Majorelle gardens and the many art galleries.

“Excellent Riad”
We stayed in this Riad for a week over the New Year. Christina made the booking process very easy and Responded very quickly to all our queries. We followed her recommendation for transfer from airport and are glad we did. We were met at the airport and driven to the riad and then our luggage was transported for us down the lane to the Riad. The Riad itself is in a residential area within easy reach of the Souks and square and a number of excellent restaurants such As Limone, Cafe Arabe, Dar Zellij. Meriem came to the Riad every morning to prepare an amazing breakfast, you will not go hungry, and is so helpful in booking all the excursions (We would recommend the Moroccan cookery class which our children said was the best day of the holiday). Meriem keeps the Riad very clean and tidy, we could not fault it at all. Thank you Christina and Meriem for such a wonderful holiday.
