Paradise in the Caribbean, you will be totally seduced and enchanted by this Romantic Architectural wonder facing the Caribbean Ocean in one of the most beautiful places in the world, enjoy a full time staff, including a cook. Have your breakfast served on an open patio facing 180 degrees of open water full of colors you thought existed only in paintings, feel the constant breeze of the ocean. Loose yourselves in the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you can imagine, feel the light of the full moon rising over the ocean, embracing you as you surrender to its enchantment. Hear the murmur of the ocean as it caresses the shore while you sway in your hammock experiencing a sky full of stars as brilliant as only the open ocean can offer. Gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, tennis court (only private tennis court on the Island), and no detail has been spared in this one of a kind luxury home.
Pets: We have some turtles that live in their own enclosure. We request that you do not bring any pets to the house unless you have received written approval to do so.
Parties: Of any form (Bachelor, Bachelorette, Graduation, Sorority, Frat, etc.) are not permitted on our property; no exceptions. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Telephones: You are welcome to use our phone to make calls to the USA they are all included, but only to the states please do not use our house phone to make calls to other countries as substantial long distance charges will apply. We recommend you bring a world cell phone it will work out of Isla Mujeres.
Rental Charges: Are due in full 60 days prior to arrival. All reservations require 50% of the rental fee upon reserving the property, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmed Reservations: Your reservation is deemed confirmed after we receive the signed confirmation; payment of the 50% deposit and a copy of your driver’s license (please make sure your picture is legible)
Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation policy, may be applied to future dates pending availability| Balance due 60 days before arrival. If cancelation is done less than 60 days there will be no refund, but you can always re book a different date.
Security Deposit: The security deposited of $500.00 will be refunded within 2 weeks if there has been no damage to the property.
The rate is based on the number of people and the time of the year being the lowest rate for 2 people $600.00 us dollars to $1,250.00 for (10) people.
