Description
"Mediterraneo Home" is a villa located in a land of 2.5 square km. next to the sea. What defines the villa is the modern and intelligent design, the fine decoration and the high quality of the services.The residence was constructed in 2006, it measures 108 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 people.Downstairs you will find the living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen totally equipped, WC, and a small, one-bed-room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each one with en suite bathroom; one with Jacuzzi bathtube and the other with hydro-massage column. The villa is provided with a garage, a large garden and a private swimming pool ideal for moments of relaxation, meanwhile from the verandas you can enjoy the marvelous view to the sea. Last but not least, our guests have access to a private beach, equipped with sunbeds.
