Description

Architect-designed apartment with magnificent view on the Mediterranean sea. The flat is located in the heart of the city center, on a quiet cobbled street just 50m from the bustling Via Roma, Cagliari's most famous street.

The apartment offers a wonderful outdoor terrace with barbeque for alfresco dinners under the stars with beautiful views on the sea.

Inside, the living area also offers sea views and is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD Blu-ray player, HI-FI Stereo and WIFI internet access and of course Air-conditioning. There's also an office corner and a double sofa bed for extra guests.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of elegance and technology and the brand new bathroom boasts a double shower with mood lighting. The double bedroom is light and airy and, although set in the heart of Cagliari it's very quiet.

The apartment is furnished in minimalist style with plenty of quirky little touches by a local artist which make it feel both homely and elegant.

Gorgeous beaches with crystal clear waters may be reached with just a 7 minutes drive, while in less than one hour is possible to get to the golf course or to an ancient Roman archaeological site.

Response from the owner Dear Tangledlady, I am very sorry you didn’t enjoy your time at the apartment. It is the first time one of our guest is not happy and I welcome your feedback so we can make improvements to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Since you called me the first time I did my best in trying to solve the issues while you were there. Unfortunately for the lack of time it was not possible. For this I apologized and offered a refund. In order to address the problems you raised, after your stay I personally inspected the apartment: I hired a new and more accurate cleaning lady and I changed the shower curtain with a new one, so now the apartment is again spotless. And a new deckchair is on the way too... Regarding my personal attitude there was perhaps some miscommunication. I was very sorry in learning your disappointment, I was always available to answer your several calls and emails and did my best to provide solutions. I hope that you will have anyway a good memory of our wonderful Sardinia!
