LUCKY and HAPPY because hurricanes Irma and Maria skipped over us! Eco-Friendly because we utilize sustainable energy (backed up by batteries and the grid) and encourage responsible use of energy, water, cleaning agents and recycling. Please notice updated pictures since the storm.

A 15 minute drive along a quiet road from the ferry in Cruz Bay will bring the vacationers to an idyllic island setting. Situated barely above the treetops and merely a 60 second dash to the beach lies the vacation home you will want to revisit.

This new, secluded, spacious eco-friendly Caribbean villa features Thai decor, tropical pastels, lush vegetation and private pool and hot tub. It promotes outdoor living, socializing and simply Being. It offers a wooded trail guarded by deer, birds and crabs reaching a pristine beach within 2-5 minutes walking. Strolling further along the beach brings one to sugar mill ruins, mountain trails to petroglyphs and several additional quiet beaches.

In keeping with the St.John focus on sustainability, the Villa offers opportunity for adults and children to learn about the solar alternative energy, water conservation and the unique flora and fauna.

Plan on lying in bed each morning with sunrise views over the hills and sea, listening to the breaking surf. Enjoy views of the ocean during the day from all parts of the Villa including the pool and hot tub. Swim, snorkel, surf, sunbathe privately or take a hike right below the Villa into the National Park. Evenings gather on the balcony for sunset hues from billowing clouds, sails and sunny faces!
