An exclusive 150 sqm apartment Villa surrounded by a wide well-kept garden, set in the world-wide famous scenery of Lake Como, only 600 m far from Bellagio's medieval old centre and only 50 m from the lake. Relax and absolute quiet at a stone's throw from the shopping area and the pier.
The Apartment is part of a semi-detached Villa, where each side is totally independent from the other one. It is spread on two levels and you have direct access to the ground floor from the garden. Here, exclusive design furnishing melts with typically local house décor.
The ground floor comprises:
-spacious open-space with furnished living-room (sofa & arm-chairs), SAT TV & SKY; table and chairs for 6;
-fully equipped kitchen with stoves, pan, kitchenware; microwave & gas ovens, fridge & freezer, stoves and dish-washer.
The ground floor also includes:
-double bedroom, with queen size double bed and wardrobe
-fully equipped wide bathroom with shower
The first floor comprises:
-spacious double bedroom with wardrobe
-big open space with king size bed (which can be turned into a 2 twins bed), dresser, relax corner with sofa (bed), terrace and Lake view
-fully equipped spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub
