Description

The villa known as Pineapple Lodge is at the front of Jamestown Park, located immediately across from Discovery Bay Hotel. Completely refurbished by owners, fully air conditioned throughout, with wifi and security safe. Extensive flowering gardens and lawns wrap around the perimeter providing entirely private setting with large swimming pool.

This special location along the Caribbean coastline provides easy access to golf and other activities including watersports at the nearby beach. Sandy Lane Hotel sits to the south and the Sandpiper Inn is just yards away to the north.

The beach is just a two minute walk from the beach at Discovery Bay where the original settlers landed in 1625 to claim the island for King James of England. Walk along the beach to the Sandpiper Inn or Settlers Beach for some of the best rum punches available anywhere.

Residents at Pineapple Lodge also have special access to the Yacht Club at Port St Charles, a luxury condominium resort located along the west coast in the parish of St Peter, just a 10 minute drive north of Holetown.

The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is air conditioned throughout.

All rooms in the villa are air conditioned although guests are encouraged to enjoy the beautiful island breezes and open air. In the second bedroom, extra beds are available for children. Other features include an Italian kitchen, WiFi internet and a security safe in the master bedroom.

Available amenities upon request include full housekeeping as well as chef and butler services. Airport transfers can also be arranged upon arrival. A specialist concierge service is available to provide restaurant reservations and arrange other activities including tours and water sports.

The directory of services in the villa explains a selection of our recommendations for your enjoyment including various restaurants, taxi drivers and water-ski operators. It also provides a selection of tips on different things on the island which we hope will be of interest to you during your stay.

The Sandy Lane Golf Country Club with its 45 holes of Tom Fazio design sits just a mile south of Pineapple Lodge and to the north lies the Robert Trent Jones course at Royal Westmoreland. Each is within a few minutes drive of the villa. For golfers looking for even more variety, there is the Barbados Golf Club at Durants, located near the south coast of the island. Unfortunately, tee time availability cannot be guaranteed and prior arrangements are recommended at each of these courses.
