BEACHFRONT, 1BR Condo, Top Floor at ROYAL WEST INDIES RESORT

Our Suite is on the famous Grace Bay Beach.

The balcony looks directly at the beach and the sunsets with an unrestricted view.

We are on the top floor and the balcony has a pergola above.

There, one can sunbathe in private if preferred. We have regular patio chairs, two swivel rockers and a lounge chair for your comfort. The table sits four in comfort for outside dining.

Our Suite is on the third (top) floor which is two levels above ground. The building has spacious, comfortable open air stairs.

This luxurious Suite is considered one of the best in this elegant beachfront development.

Located on the top floor of the ONLY beachfront building, it is a large end unit offering spectacular views of the pristine white beach and turquoise waters beyond.

This luxurious condominium offers over 1000 square feet of elegant living space, featuring a spacious living area directly overlooking the beach with 12 foot sliding glass doors opening onto an over-sized wrap around terrace.

The master bedroom is bright and airy with it's signature Caribbean louvered shutters. The Captain's Suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining area. This suite comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. It has extra high ceilings. It is decorated, has updated furniture, luxurious linens and towels, HD televisions with Blu-Ray players, home theater, and granite counters throughout.

The Captain's Suite accommodates up to four people in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

This Suite is a full one bedroom suite, double the size of the more common studio/hotel room units at Royal West Indies.

This condo is centrally located on the Resort Strip area of Grace Bay within easy walking distance of lots of shopping, several of the island's best fine dining and casual restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Nightclubs, the New Casino, Sports Bars, and the NEW SUPERMARKET (IGA).
