Description
This studio apartment is in a house which is partly private (owner used), partly rental property. The apartment is located on the middle level of the house (see pictures), has a private entrance and does not share spaces or facilities with other apartments. The size of the apartment is 22 sq meters.
Outdoor space is a balcony facing the sea.
There is free parking by the road (back side of the house).
The apartment is compact but space is well utilised for a comfortable stay. Kitchen appliances include: toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, electric stove and microwave. There is additional storage space under the queen bed for your belongings. Extra bed is a fold-out single so it doesn't take up much space when not used.
The house is located in beautiful Mediterranean pine wood, just a few steps from the sea. The beach is rocky with paved parts, sea access is via a ladder.
Losinj is one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic sea, famous for its beautiful unspoiled nature. A hidden gem, as beautiful as some of the more famous Dalmatian islands, but not as busy and crowded.
The sea is crystal clear, and the air is rich with natural sea aerosols which are especially beneficial for people with respiratory problems. That is why Losinj is known not only for its wonderful mild climate with lots of sunshine, but also has a reputation for health and wellness as a climatic health resort since 1892.
