Occupying a prime position on Paradise Gardens IV, just a few steps away from one of the two large swimming pools, this 3 bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa has everything you would expect for a wonderful family holiday.
It has UK TV and catch up TV via a streaming box, free Wi-Fi, beautifully landscaped gardens, a secluded roof terrace, 3 bathrooms and is a short walk from the tourist area of Kato Paphos. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together.

“Easter 2022”
Villa was as described. Well equipped and found to be clean on arrival. Pool right outside which we were in every day enjoying the great weather. Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and furniture on the 2 balconys. 20 minute walk to Paphos Harbour with multiple bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

Fantastic location and great accommodation. Really home from home and close to Pathos town. With local supermarkets and a nice local restuarant it had everything we needed.
