Response from the owner On July 2016 I was asked to go urgently to the apartment as it seemed that the hot water was not working. I checked the hot water system and it was perfectly working, the problem was that they had already consumed the 100 liters of water that the boiler stores. The check in lady always informs the guests that this quantity of water is enough for 4 confortable showers and in all my rental seasons I never had problems with that. As far as the AC unit is concerned, it was working correctly and the temperature in the children room was 18 degrees. They tried to reprogram the control pannel and the unit stopped working; I told them not to touch the programm buttons on the control pannel and the AC worked for all their stay at 18 degrees. Then they asked some blankets as the kids were cold. We explained that they could get the temperature warmer to have a better confor but gave them anyway blankets as requested. The " busy street" is absolutely quiet in the night and it is on the opposite side of the bedrooms (at least 100 meters below the living balcony); all my guests in more than 6 years of rental never complained about that as well as on the location of the apartment. All the reviews about my property are very clear about the walking distance and the street down/up the hill and I do not feel the need to add anything else since the reviews speak by themself. What I need to add is that I am really surprised of her late review since when I arrived that day Suzanne husband was in a sort of panic attack and didn't even come to indroduce him self. The kids were jumping on my sofas and on the beds; on the contrary Suzanne was very kind with me and she was embarrased for her husband attitude. Carlo Tettamanzi
