There is a cable TV with a lot of English channels and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items. Master bathroom offer a bath tub while guest bathroom has walk in shower with upgraded fixtures.
Free unlimited and speedy WiFi is available in the apartment (Fibre Optic) and by pool area too.
There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex.

GUEST ACCESS
The condo is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)". The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.
The beautiful pool is steps from your door and is a great place to spend the day. You'll be right across the street from the beach, a short 6-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! Alternatively, Hydro Hotel's chefs next door serve local specialties, continental, international cuisine and theme buffets.
The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.
IF THIS UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU ENQUIRE PLEASE EMAIL ME AS I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME COMPLEX.
Check-in/out are flexible. If there is changeover on same day, standard check-in/out time will be 4pm, 12noon.
HOUSE RULES
FURNITURE
We provided good quality furniture. Please take good care of them. Detergent is not allowed to wipe any furniture made of solid wood (dining table, cabinets). Please use water followed by wood polisher which is provided in the condo itself.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity exceeded RM250 for a full month rental, the excess will be on tenant cost (deduct from security deposit). Note : For normal usage with air-conditional on (reasonable usage - turn off if vacant, not ON 7 24), it will be around RM150 the most.
HOUSE KEEPING
Housekeeping & linen changing is complimentary once a month for more than a month rental. Additional cleaning & changing of linen can be arranged with additional cost.
STAYING/VISITING GUEST
Kindly inform us upfront (latest during check in) total number of guest staying or visiting. Total staying or visiting guest should not exceed maximum occupancy. Do understand that visiting guests will also enjoy the apartment, utilities and facilities. We keep every tenant informed about this upfront to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.

Response from the owner We pride ourselves to offer our guests a great holiday in our lovely apartment. The reviews are not precisely described, misleading and mostly not valid. Judge for yourself by reading all our other **excellent** reviews. On numerous occasions, we have provided extra services to them, hoping that they can have a pleasant stay here. For example, we voluntarily gave them additional internet bandwidth for free, considering the nature of their works. Additional cleaning service were carried out immediately, after they complaint about dust on the fridge top. When they ignore our advice not to separate the keys, and thus accidentally left one of the keys behind a lock door in the middle of the night, we had travel a great distance (for hours) just to open the door for them. I would like to make some comments too specifically to address those concerns which have been not been precisely described. This is to avoid any reader being potentially misled and to clarify on any points which are deemed as being partially correct or valid. Maintenance 1) Tear on couch cover at the ‘sewing edge’, which was about 4 inches long has already been sewn back. It is hard to discover such a tear unless you pay a very detailed attention in checking inch by inch. 2) Ceiling bathroom – An area of 2x2 sq feet was affected by water marks which was due to a leakage in the air conditioner pipe above although the leakage issue has already been resolved. We will repaint the affected area. 3) 5 – 6 spots with diameters ranging from 1cm to 5 cm due to falling paint at the bottom corner of the wall. Not significant but we will repaint the whole wall as part of the maintenance job. Cleanliness We have received a lot of compliments and positive feedback from our previous guests on the general state of cleanliness and NONE of them have ever complained about the lack of cleanliness. If we remain too picky on certain details and avoid the positive areas, this might mislead the readers.
