Description

This villa is located just a few steps from the beach on the west coast of Koh Samui, called Lipa Noi Beach. The west coast is the coast where the sun sets so you can enjoy the best sunsets on the island every day. The five islands, five small islands off the coast, are just located in front of the villa. This beach is fortunately far from the bustle of Chaweng and Lamai beach. Lipa Noi has retained its self-esteem and is still predominantly Thai. On the west coast,where Lipa Noi is sittuated, are some high end homes and amenities such as restaurant 'the 5 islands' and 5 star resort Baan Thaling Ngam and Nikki Beach CLub.

If you want to look up the crowd that's easy. Car and scooter rentals are good and cheap. You are about 30 minutes of Chaweng and 25 minutes of the airport. Nathon, the capital of Samui you can reach in about 10 minutes (Large Tesco Lotus supermarket) and plenty of restaurants.

The Villa itself is walled for maximum privacy. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full privacy located around the private pool.

There is free Wifi in and around the villa !

Around the villa you will find adequate facilities such as restaurants and beach clubs. Within walking distance you will find Big John Seafood, a famous seafood restaurant. Find also in 2 minutes by car or bike 'Nikki Beach Club' the most famous club with branches in Monaco, Miami and Marrakech. Not for nothing that Nikki Beach Club choose Lipa Noi for it's Samui venue!

Lipa Noi is further characterized by many palm trees and nature. It's not built full like the east coast and on Lipa Noi there is also much less pollution and odors, as is often the case on Chaweng. Here you still can relax and enjoy nature.

Prices start at as little as 8 GBP a person a day! The Villa is part of project The Place.The restaurant and spa are not operational yet but neighbouring villas are all completed.

Getting around

Getting around is quite easy in Thailand. There are taxis on the island but you can also rent a car or a scooter/motorbike. Cars and scooters are quite cheap. Expect to pay about 1000 THB for a car with insurance and a motorbike goes for around 200 THB a day. It is also possible to rent a normal bike. Our villa manager will be happy to assist you with the rental of a car, scooter or bike. Not all shops have a good reputation unfortunately.

Interaction with guest

Our villa manager will be waiting in the villa for you. He can arrange a transfer from the airport or ferry pier to the villa. A driver will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it. This is a good idea after a long flight as you do not have to hassle with taxi drivers yourself. We appoint a fixed driver who we know. He knows the exact spot of the villa and he has a very comfortable car. Chris will explain everything regarding the house, area etc when you arrive. Also during your stay you can always contact Chris by telephone or WhatsApp if you want advise or need help.

“Please stay elsewhere save your money and your health”

Awful dangerous and dirty. This should be avoided DANGEROUS DOGS AND ABUSIVE MANAGEMENT make this a 1/10. Jenny is the manager and is aggressive and very confrontational

Response from the owner Thank you for your review and off course for spending your holidays with us. We appreciate this! We are happy to read that overall you enjoyed your stay. The two points of attention have been solved since. The villa has it's own wifi system now instead of a shared facility. Wifi signal is now much stronger all over the house. Regarding the water supply. This used to be brought in by a Lorry twice a week. Now the villa is connected to the public water system so there won't be a chance anymore to run out of water. When you have plans to visit Koh Samui in the (near) future, we hope you will choose our home again to spend your holidays! Kind regards Marco

How do damage deposits work?
