Independent villa with sea view and located in Capo di Sorrento recently restored (May 2013).

It has a private swimming pool (3 x 3 metres) equipped with deck chairs, sunbeds, external shower and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive, lemon trees, green trees and flowers. Being 1 km from the sea and the rocky beach and 2 km from the sandy beach, it is ideal for people who love tranquillity while at the same time being close to the centre of Sorrento and other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in about half an hour (one hour to Amalfi). Sorrento centre, the harbour with fast hydrofoils for excursions and railway station is 2 km away. Parking spaces. Bus stop, shops, bars, Capo di Sorrento centre at 300 metres. Cars not necessary.

From a private road you can park you car and there is access to the garden and to the ample villa of 130 m² in modern and antique style, fitted with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, built on 2 levels:

- ground floor: living/dining-room with fireplace, chouch, double sofa bed, satellite TV with SKY, equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Espresso coffe maker, bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden area with wood-fired oven for pizzas, barbecue and table with chairs in Vietri style and to the private swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and external shower. Laundry room with washing machine, drier, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Antique well;

- first floor: going up 15 light steps you will find the sleeping area with 1 twin bedroom (double on request) with partial sea view terrace (private), 1 double bedroom with partial sea view window, another twin bedroom (double on request) with partial sea view window, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. Each bedroom has satellite TV with SKY and A/C-heating.

In front the villa entrance is a portico equipped with table and chairs for your meals "al fresco". Sleeps 6, with double sofa bed sleeps 8.
