Sleeps up to 4. One bedroom and one fold out couch. Enjoy a breathtaking direct Danube view from your living-room window, with the added advantage of staying in the most central part of Downtown Budapest.
Very special. 4th floor with lift.
Danube cruise ships all generally dock along here, within walking distance of the apartment.
Free high speed Wifi. Air Conditioning. Linen, towels and a hairdryer supplied.
Enjoy the romantic charm and atmosphere, of this beautiful ever changing view of the Danube - the main tourist attraction of Budapest from your living room window, without even having to leave your apartment.
At night enjoy the Danube glistening in the lights of the city. Enjoy your meal while watching the boats sail on by, as the apartment floor has been raised to give easier viewing while sitting.
The Gellert Hill, Citadel and Elizabeth Bridge is directly across from your window. To the right you will see the famous Chain Bridge and Buda Castle. To the left you will see the Gellert Hotel, famous for its medicinal baths. The apartment has the added advantage of being situated in the most central part of downtown Budapest, within walking distance of most tourist attractions.
Because it is a 4th floor apartment, street noise is very low and view is enhanced. Although this is a classical apartment in a historic building, it is also very modern, bright and comfortable. Heating is warm and comfortable and under your control.
ACCOMMODATION (total area of apartment is 50 sq. meters)
1 bedroom with double bed which can be separated into 2 singles. Non see through doors separate bedroom from living room. Living Room has large comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2 people. Bathroom has extra door to living area to accommodate people sleeping on living room sofa bed.
Looking out of your living room window it almost feels as if the Danube is flowing just for you. No need to close shutters for privacy as the apartment is not overlooked.
There is an excellent elevator in the building. There is also a 2nd elevator in the building.
Before traveling you will receive an email attachment with full information on all you will need to know regarding apartment, keys, local shops opening hours, places of interest, etc.
Your luggage can be stored in a local bag store until it is time for you to leave for the airport.
