Beautiful, modern apartment for rent in the heart of Miraflores, a suburb of Lima, Peru. Our Apartment is located on a quiet street and close to all amenities including shopping, dining, supermarkets, entertainment and activities.

The apartment is on the second-floor, located at the 4th block of calle Porta closer to Parque Kennedy and is a 4 bedroom, three full bathroom unit which sleeps up to 7. This unit also has Gym access included.

Conveniently located within a short walk of LarcoMar, Parque Kennedy (central park in Miraflores), the Inca markets, and only minutes by Taxi to all Lima has to offer!

These apartment is new, seismically certified, and is 100+ Square meters/1100+ Square feet in size. Amenities include Elevator access, Wheelchair lift, Parking, Large plasma and LED TVs (2 TVs with digital cable per unit), Stereo, Wireless high speed internet, Digital cable, Wall safe and Telephone access (with free local and unlimited US/Canada calling for the duration of your stay!). Additionally, the apartment has hot running water, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathrooms with all amenities including hair dryer, and complete in-suite laundry facilities with new washer and dryers. Bedding and towels are also provided during your stay.

Note: The apartment is FULLY furnished and the building has 24-hour security on duty.

Having lived and worked in Peru, I have been renting in the Lima market for several years, and I'm sure you will prefer our comfortable, affordable and well-equipped condos over ANY hotel or the many other basic properties.

Most of our customers tell us that once they rent our apartment, they would never again consider a hotel - not only for the cost savings, but for the space, comfort and amenities that they can enjoy during their stay. Please feel free to read our reviews. We commit to offering you clean, modern and well-equipped apartments for 1-7 guests.

Please also reach out to us if you need airport transportation, cleaning/housekeeper/cooking services or assistance with any travel-related question about Lima and other areas in Peru.

Secure transportation from the airport can be arranged for US$40-50 return for Car service, depending on number of passengers and amount of luggage. For larger parties (or for groups with alot of luggage), a minivan may be required which is priced higher. The van can accommodate up to 7-8 passengers and luggage for $50 on way/$90 return..

Note: Parking is Street parking not underground.

Note: Air conditioning is a single Air Conditioner in the master bedroom. There is also a large floor fan provided, and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Typically in the months of October-January, there is no requirement for an air conditioner based on the fact that the apartment is near the ocean and there is typically a breeze that makes the apartment very comfortable.
