Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with stunning views.
Hardwood furniture, halogen lighting, glass sliding doors, fully-equipped kitchen, two soothing bathrooms. Large living area with free wireless wifi broadband internet, cable TV with over 70 channels including CNN, BBC, Discovery, sports and other favourites.
Sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 queen bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus an extra pull-out single bed.
Beds have King Koil spine support mattresses for a perfect nights' sleep. The master bedroom is en-suite. Both the bathrooms have power-showers, dual-flush toilets and freshly laundered towels.
Feel at home with everything you need. Air conditioning, comfy furniture, flat-screen TV and DVD for when you've finished gazing upon the beautiful twin tower view.
The fresh bed linen with 300 thread count cotton is changed every 7 days and the apartment cleaned.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted in every room. An LG washer/dryer is available in the kitchen. There is also a professional laundry at the lower-ground floor.
Relax in the large swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Exercise in the gym, play tennis, squash and pool.
Children love to use the childrens pool, playground and to run around on the lawn.
Dine at a choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk - Indian, Chinese, Malay, pizza, vegetarian and more.
Jump on a train (just 3 minutes walk) and get around town easily. Or take a taxi - within 10 minutes you can be at KLCC (the twin towers), Bukit Bintang, Little India, Chinatown (Petaling Street) and Times Square. This is one of the most convenient locations in Kuala Lumpur.
Enjoy fast internet with the 30MB wireless broadband internet in the apartment.
The cable TV has BBC, CNN, Discovery and lots of other channels of entertainment, news, travel and living. If you want more channels, that can be arranged.
The apartment has other useful items including childrens toys, a baby cot, yoga mats, umbrellas, electrical travel adaptors and a safety deposit box for your valuables.

“Nice place, bit expensive”

Response from the owner I'm so sorry you felt the price was high. We try hard to make everything just perfect, which takes time and constant investment. We simply can't offer it for less. Keep in mind that we cover absolutely all costs - there are no hidden fees - and the nature of shorter rentals mean the apartment is often vacant. Compared to a standard 12-month rental, vacation rental prices are always higher. We absorb the cost of electricity, water, gas, high speed internet, regular cleaning, cable TV, landline telephone, mobile phones and a lot more.
