On the foot of a green valley ,surrounded by olive and pine trees , these 2 brand new pool villas, ideally located very near to everything and on the same time away from crowd, at only 3 minutes drive from best beaches of the NW side of Lefkada,such as Aghios Nikitas & Kathisma , is a unique choice for large group of friends or families who wish to holiday together. Villa is fully equiped and furnished,with balconies with nice view to the Ionian Sea and to the pool , with great colourful garden and wonderful stone patio of 750M2 of land . Private stone BBQ and wood stone .free Internet connection,private parking. The main 2 floor villa is connected with internal steps and sleeping capacity is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the 2 master bedrooms.Capacity increases to totally 6 persons with the use of self catered studio right below villa (semi basement level ) linked with external steps ( not communicating internally with main villa ) . Our complex has 2 twin villas with exclusivity and privacy for each villa . ATTENTION.The basement studio is NOT included in the rates.If you need a third bedroom ,please contact owner for an extra offer .
