Ocean Terrace is a small, intimate condominium complex (only 11 units) nestled on a hill on the southeastern shore of Anguilla, offering truly spectacular panoramic views of St. Martin, St. Barths and St. Kitts.

Our spacious two bedroom condominium consists of more than 1,500 square feet of space with two private terraces overlooking the Caribbean. The condo comes with maid service six days a week, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining area, walk-in closet, cable TV, free phone calls to the US and Canada and high speed wireless Internet access.

In addition, Ocean Terrace Condominiums offers guests the use of its fresh water pool, well equipped fitness facility, guest laundry room and outdoor grill.

Ocean Terrace is only minutes from spectacular Shoal Bay East and there is also a fresh water outdoor pool and a well equipped fitness room on site for you to enjoy. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on your outdoor terrace and let the tranquility of the unspoiled landscape and the soft sounds of the waves rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Bob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
