It’s an easy guess what your first word will be when you see Casa Buena Vida: WOW. This simply stunning two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits squarely on your own private stretch of beach, with its silky white sand and indescribable blue waters.

Your vacation oasis lies within the gated community of Residencias Reef, one of the most luxurious communities on Cozumel. Before you enter, you’ll know you’ve arrived—palm trees line the pristine sands beneath blue skies, while the surf of the warm Caribbean slowly rolls in.

Just a few steps away along a pretty paved path awaits your condo, and it as amazing on the inside as your view is outside.

Casa Buena Vida is loaded with every amenity and artistic accents you could possibly want—satellite TVs in every room, a spacious kitchen with appliances both big and small, plus a stainless steel barbecue grill that should get a lot of use during your vacation.

For your convenience, your host has included complete maid service six days a week, plush beach towels for those equally plush beachside lounge chairs, high-end linens and fabulous décor. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and the master bedroom also has a private beach-side balcony.

This condo has a royal feel about it, due in part to the king-size beds in both of the bedrooms. There are incredible views off the terrace, and there’s nothing holding you back from that gorgeous beach.

As part of Residencias Reef, the homeowners keep the grounds manicured and immaculate. All you have to work on is that tan, while you windsurf, snorkel, SCUBA dive, go fishing or take a dip in the community pool. Grab a Margarita and take a moonlit stroll along the water’s edge. You can do it all—or nothing at all—at Casa Buena Vida.

Did we mention the freshwater pool? It’s worth repeating because there are actually two of them. The pool area also includes also a hot tub, SCUBA and snorkeling gear rinse tank, two outside showers, plus beautiful trees and foliage that provide ample shade.

Best of all, you’re as close to the action—or as far away from it—as you want to be. It’s an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Cozumel, renowned for its waterfront shops, authentic Mexican food and artwork, duty-free stores, and more bars and restaurants than you can count.
