Description

A beautifull villa house next to the village of Porto-Heli. Described as one of the greenest areas of the Peloponesse the house has a leafy garden (can even pick fresh fruits and veggies if you want!!) which fits perfectly to the local environment. It can accommodate a family of 3 persons with the possibility of an extra bed if required. The house consists of a master bedroom, living room and dining room, wc, fully equipped kitchen, and large veranda with shade (and space for sunbathing!) in order to enjoy the amazing view to Spetses and Ververoda gulf! There is also private parking space and bbq!
It is located on the top of a hill at a very quiet and serene environment. The surrounding view encompasses the beautiful beach of Ververoda and St Pantelehmon as well as the village of Porto Heli and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses. In close proximity (700m) to the crystal clear turquoise water of Ververoda beach, Villa Artemis is the perfect choice for holidays!
The popular island of Spetses with its nostalgic atmosphere and the vibrant night life is only 5 minutes by water-taxi. The village of Porto-Heli is only 3 minutes by car and has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes by the sea. Within one hour by car you can reach the famous ancient theatre of Epidavrous or the first capital of Greece Nayplio with its old glamour and ambience. From the port of Porto-Heli there are flying dolphins to Hydra and Monemvasia. For a more luxurious flavor you can dine or have a drink at the Amanzoe resort, one the most prestigious hotels in Greece.
For adrenaline fueled activities there are options to take scuba diving lessons or skiing. The area is ideal for mountain biking, off-road tracks abound in the area, whether winding through ancient pine forests or hilltop olive groves.
