This villa is a stand-alone, luxury 2-storey villa in the character filled village of Ban Tai. A fantastic location on Samui's sought-after North-coast, the villa sets the standard for luxury holiday accommodation in Ban Tai and features a lush tropical garden setting blending the best of both worlds: An ultra modern, stylish fit-out with distinctive Thai touches. European appliances throughout take care of your holiday 'needs' whilst you spend your days around the private pool. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. The bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests with ensuite bathrooms, while the master bedroom & ensuite is a haven in itself featuring jacuzzi bath tub and rain shower with lovely views of the beautiful tropical surroundings.

The stand-alone nature of the villa offers complete flexibility: Perfect either for romantic get-aways behind-closed-doors or to spend a month as a 'Samui local' where you can slide into the wonderfully relaxed island life with local shops/restaurants and beautiful Ban Tai beach only 400m away. If you love a holiday where you can get to know & enjoy the neighbourhood around you but relish retreating to your luxury pad at day's end, Siri Varee is definitely for you!

The villa has full-time villa management - they know the Island and surrounding area very well and are only a phone call/email/DM away. They can organise all your holiday needs including massages, car hire, in house chef, island tours, shopping etc. The villa is serviced weekly (or more often if required at guests discretion and cost).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicole (the owner) a message.

If Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
