Grazioso trilocale (80 mq.) in una prestigiosa dimora del XVII° secolo, nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce (via Umberto I), adiacente alla Basilica di Santa Croce, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti e da tutte le altre attrazioni turistiche della città; ideale per una vacanza tra cultura e tradizioni, divertimento e relax. L'appartamento, servito da ascensore, è al secondo ed ultimo piano del palazzo, ed è dotato di una splendida ed attrezzata terrazza a livello (40 mq.).L'immobile è collocato in area urbana a traffico limitato a libero accesso veicolare dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 16 alle 19 nei giorni feriali. Nei giorni festivi, non sarà consentito l’accesso ai mezzi non autorizzati. Il transito e la fermata temporanea dei veicoli per il carico e lo scarico dei bagagli sono, quindi, agevoli nelle ore autorizzate. Non è mai consentita la sosta prolungata in prossimità dello storico palazzo; tuttavia numerose aree di parcheggio, libere o a pagamento, ove richiesto anche custodite o in autorimessa, sono collocate nelle immediate vicinanze al di fuori del centro storico (distanza 200 ml. da Casa Vacanze Ayroldi). La città di Lecce è strategicamente situata; facilmente raggiungibile con automobile, treno ed aereo (Aeroporto del Salento a 45 Km.). Con agevoli spostamenti, autonomi o con mezzi pubblici, è possibile, anche, raggiungere tutte le più famose località balneari e turistiche della Penisola Salentina.

“Perfect stay”
Casa vacanze ayroldi is the perfect location in Lecce . It is in the heart of the centre and is a beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace. Annalisa met us and gave all the information that we needed and was on hand for the full six weeks that I stayed there . The apartment has everything you need , very good WiFi and air conditioning. I loved it so much that I have booked a month there next year . It is truly the best of Italy .

“Great Location”
Great location. Easy walking distance to anywhere in the old town. Very noisy from the local bars, though, on a Friday and Saturday night. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and roomy.
