Appartement de 160 m² tout confort (chauffage au sol 2ème génération, 2 salles de bain) :
Salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée, suite parentale avec salle de bain attenante, au RDC. Au 1er étage : 2 grandes chambres avec plafond cathédrale, chacune comportant un grand lit (160/200) ainsi qu'un canapé ancien, transformable en un confortable lit à une personne. Une salle de bain à partager.
Terrasse privative avec claustras à l'ancienne, plantes grimpantes, magnifique vue sur la vallée de la Seulles, meubles de jardin et table à manger, ainsi que d'un accès libre aux jardins.
