Luxurious apartment All Bedrooms and Living room lead out to the lovely big terrace with panoramic views overlooking the sea across the road just a 2 minute walk away is the beautiful wide sandy beach ( with life guards in summer) which has everything for all ages The chill zone where you can relax while sipping a jug of Sangria or have a relaxing massage and for the energetic there are the jet skis ,nearby in fuengirola banana rides , water sports ,Scuba Diving (school nearby) visit the Chiringitos on the beach where a wide selection of freshly cooked fish is served or just sit and take in the beautiful views
There is a bus stop just outside the door with buses going into fuengirola town and back every 15 mins and the train station for Malaga is a 3 min walk away
GOLFERS we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses
Just minutes away is the Holiday Village in Benalmadena and we are close to the Torrequebrada Golf Course, catch a boat from Fuengirola Marina sail along the sparkling blue Mediteranian coast to Benalmadena Marina where there are Restaurants of all cusines Spanish French Italian Greek Steak Houses relaxing bars Night Clubs and much more.
Nearby is also the Torrequebraba Casino, Selwo Park where you can see the Dolphins and Penquins, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Cable Car. Fuengirola Zoo
Take a stroll along the Promonade to Fuengirola where there are all types of restaurants bars and a great shopping centre

Overlooking the beach and sea Bus stop outside the building which runs every 15 mins to Fuengirola, Connecting services to Marbella and Puerto Banus .Train Station 2 mins away with regular services to Fuengirola Centre and Malaga
How to get there from Airport Taxi to the GALP Garage in Carvajal which is next to the apartment (20mins) or Train from Airport to Carvajal Station there will be a 40 euro charge for you to be met at the apartment with the keys after 11pm before this it is a free service We can also arrange for you to be picked up from the airport the driver will then take you directly to the apartment show you around and give you the keys. Available on request 45 euro paid directly to the driver

All bedrooms light spacious and airy, lovely sea breezes flowing through on hot summer nights, air con in all rooms timed to go off after 2 hours which can be put on again by the touch of a button remote control in each room stunning views over the Mediterranean, and in the evening you can see the lights of Fuengirola and Benalmadena from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen clean bright and white.... Also Cot available on request.

“Perfect as always”
I have been coming to this property now for 7 years and I would not stay anywhere else. Perfect views of the beach just a 2 min walk away. Every morning to wake up and see the sea and beach from your bedroom. What more could you ask for on a holiday. Lovely apartment. Lynne the owner has always been so accommodating and goes out of her way to ensure everything goes smoothly. We bought friends this time to share our holiday and they were blown away by the views and apartment. Will 100% be back next year and every year after.

Response from the owner Unfortunately this horrible horrible man came in threw a temper tantrum shouted and swore at the porter threw his phone down forced open the patio doors and broke the lock I was in contact with him multiple times I have never had this problem in over 10 years all he wanted was money back please read previous reviews from many returning holiday makers

“Strongly advise NOT to book”
AVOID AVOID AVOID We booked and paid several months ago. We know the area well. On arrival the location of the property is not where shown on the website. Rather than on beach road it’s 150 metres back, other side of the busy main road. Also the Air conditioning in all rooms has newly fitted device which limits AC use to max of 2 hours. Of course in mid summer this would mean waking every 2-3 hours during the night to re-press the bedroom 2 hour AC button. This was not on the website when we booked. The owner was not present on our arrival (delegated to the building concierge) and owner’s phone switched off. We tried calling dozens of times and sent multiple texts. We contacted HolidayLettings who also tried contacting the owner. Owner eventually emailed asking “what’s the problem” but still refused to talk. When we explained the above, on email, her only response was we must leave immediately as we’d been rude to the building considerate, which is absolutely untrue. This was yesterday… So… family of 4 now in a hotel and finding an alternative place to rent for our holiday. HolidayLettings themselves were kind and helpful but currently saying they can’t force owner to give refund. Owner of course refusing to give refund or find any ways to resolve. Interestingly, this morning (Aug 5th) the correct location is now shown on the website and the 2 hours AC is also mentioned, buried deeply in the detail. All added within the last 12 hours. Fortunately we have screenshots from when we booked and will be taking legal action. AVOID AVOID AVOID
