Description

The ever popular Burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars, newsagents & beach wear shops, is just 5-7 minutes' walk away while the exciting town centre of Nerja with its famous “Balcon de Europa”, where you will find a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants that cater for everybody's pocket, is a 10-12 minute walk. The house with the wonderful private garden with sunbeds and dining table facing south is located in a quiet but highly popular residential street in the Parador area and has secure entrance gates providing maximum peace and security. The shared pool is 15 meters away.There are supermarkets (grocery stores) within 5 minutes walking distance from the house.

Our Townhouse consists of the following:

GROUND FLOOR

Here you find a fully equipped kitchen with white goods (fridge & freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher) and appliances such as a coffee & Nespreso machine, toaster, etc. The living room have two leather sofas, a big flat screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. Opening up the glass doors and you are out in the private garden! Additionally there is a toilet with wash basin on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR

Two bedrooms; The first bedroom have one double bed and a big wardrobe. The second bedroom have two single beds, a drawer and a big wardrobe. If needed, one folder bed (camp bed) is available in the house which would add up to five people in total sleeping. The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, wash basin and a shower.

SECOND (TOP) FLOOR

Here is a large sun terrace facing south with outdoor furniture's. During the winter period (December- January) the sun shines between 9 AM and 4 PM on the terrace and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or nice outdoor lunch. In the spring and summer time the garden area is fully covered with sun but during the winter time the sun is best enjoyed on the roof terrace.

Car parking

If you would like to explore the area and region and do consider renting a car during your stay, please note that around the house on street parking is available but subject availability (finding a free spot can however be very challenging, especially in the summer time). In order to avoid the hassle with finding any available parking, we can arrange a private garage to those guests being interested (cost approx 50 EUR weekly).

Outside the main hussle & bussle of the centre but within walking distance (5 minutes) of Balcony of Europe, beaches & supermarkets. Car not required but recommended to visit the local villages & caves with ample parking outside the apartment.
