WE ARE SERIOUS, TRUSTFUL, PUNTUAL, ALL IS AS IN THE PHOTOS, VERY CLEAN, HIGH QUALITY SERVICE!Beautiful, tastefully-decorated apartment in the best place of Miraflores, . for up to 8 guests. Located 2 blocks from Larcomar mall, 2 blocks from Marriott hotel, 1 block from Av larco most well-known and celebrated sites.Apartment features ; 4 Bedrooms, main room is big with walking closet, wooden floor, queen bed, 2 tables night tables and vintage furniture, second bedroom with queen bed, wooden floor, displey nighttable, lamp, shelf, and has its own full bathroom inside( it has shower) , thrid bedroom with single bed, wooden floor, night table, a wooden wardrove. Main bathroom is a designed one, with wooden furniture, cristal lamps, big mirrow, hot tub/ jacuzzi, with water heater to maintain the water warm while relaxing.

4RTH BEDROOM FOR THE 8 GUEST, IS ON THE GROWN FLOOR, SAME BUILDING HAS WIFI, TELEPHONE, MICROWAVE, WATER HEATER, BATHROOM, DOUBLE BED.

BIG KITCHEN: full equipped, Toaster, microwave, gas kitchen with its oven, blender, water heater, table clothes, The Kitchen has also an eating place with a wooden tray table to be use incase don't want to use the dinning room, with three styled red bench, It has a laundry side, with a washer machine. Such a very nice a confortable dinning room with wooden floor street view, natural plants, a big sofa,SATELITAL TV, FLAT TV, TELEPHONE, WIFI, BLUE RAY, DVDS TO WATCH DURING YOUR STAY., nice decoration.The Dinning room with a nice wooden furniture. It has wine glasses.

Building is located in quiet square adjacent to the Larco avenue (the main avenue of Miraflores where there are all many caffes, shops, trips agencies, banks, bars, super market VIVANDA, WONG, METRO, groceries stores”) doorman , with apartment on third floor.Heart-of-Miraflores central location offers possibility of walking to every central Miraflores site including larcomar mall, Av larco, two blocks from the ocean, where you has the bayside, where you can go for running, biking, walking, roller skating, it has many parks along this, also very nice for children, The flat is located in the best part of Miraflores, safe, perfect for people of all ages, also for children, ( you has parks just 2 bloblocks of us, in front of Marriott hotel a recreative area for children, also along the bayview there are others parks with children area, games, and special area for skating, crossbiking, tennis, ) you can rent bikes there two. Apart of restaurants.Larcomar mall is in fron of Marriott hotel, but you have to cross the park to see it because is going down in front of ocean.Miraflores is consider the tourist district, it is all the time being improving to promote to tourism, and for the tourist to feel safe, to find all they may need for entertaiment.It has 3 casinos around the area, discoteques too.If you love biking INKA BIKE (mountain bike organization who love biking) takes you out of Lima, making tours for 2 or 1 day, ONLY WEEKENDS, they provides you bikes, helmets. There is the metropilitano bus that takes you in 20 minutes to the historic downown in Lima.Barranco district is just beside us, you can take taxi, walk during daytime, or taking bus.Any questions, feel free to ask!
