Beach front 2 bedroom condo with private beach. Jacuzzi pool BBQ and roof top view of whole island walking distance to restaurants bars and shops. Diving fishing and day trips available with property management company. Caye Caulker is a is a 45 minute water taxi ride from Belize City.

The condo #4 is truly luxurious with all the amenities you would want in a vacation rental.

Condo #4 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen along with a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, an in-room safe, cable TV and DVD player.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jeffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
