Description
This beautiful old villa is a family-owned private house on a hill very close(1km) to the centre of Spoleto.
The position is ideal, being on the side of a valley with olive trees and oaks but also very close to the centre of Spoleto. In five minutes walk you can reach a commercial center and in five minutes more you are in the centre of the town.
On the main floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with a mezzanine, a sitting room with a fireplace and a piano, a large bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level a large kitchen-dining room leads out on a sunny patio-terrace with a gazebo to enjoy the plaisant italian dinners. A cloakroom with a washing machine is just off the kitchen.
Another bedroom with its own bathroom with shower is on the attic level.
A large garden with a pergola allows a panoramic view over the valley: a perfect place to relax in the quiet summer nights watching the valley and the twinkling stars

About mosquitos, unfortunately this year has been a big problem a little bit everywhere in Italy, Next summer we will try to prevent the problem with a disinfestation.
