Description
Komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus mit Meerblick in schöner Lage bei Moncarapacho an der Ostalgarve. Das 1999 erbaute Haus im traditionellen Stil liegt eingebettet in die wellige Terrassenlandschaft des Küstenvorlandes. Etliche alte Johannisbrot-, Mandel- und Olivenbäumen zeichnen das fast 4.000 qm großen Grundstück in leichter Hanglage und weitläufigem Rundumblick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerte hügelige Landschaft aus. Die Größe des Hauses beträgt ca. 100 qm, dazu kommt eine Terrasse, die teils überdacht ist. Die Küche ist komfortabel eingerichtet. So gibt es neben einer Spülmaschine, einem Herd mit Backofen zahlreiche Geräte, wie eine hochwertige Orangenpresse, eine Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, Mixer sowie ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Geschirr, Gläsern etc. Für die Gäste stehen neben Reiseführern und Karten zur Region etliche Meter an Urlaubslektüre zur Verfügung. Ergänzende Gesellschaftsspiele runden die familienfreundliche Ausstattung ab. Zum Haus gehört auch ein 4m breiter und 1,20m tiefer Pool, der unseren Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Das Meer ist Luftlinie 4km entfernt, der nächste Strand in Fuseta ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt.

“Family Algarve Holiday”
Had a very pleasant stay at Casa Ruina at the end of July beginning of August 2022. Well equipped house to enable us to enjoy our time there. Given the scorching temperatures the air conditioning was a godsend!! Beds were comfy, although personally we did not find the pillows so - but that’s more a matter of personal taste. Very handy to have a washing machine so we didn’t need to take lots of dirty laundry home. We made use of the pool every day. Our 11 year old Son especially enjoyed this. Moncarapacho is a pleasant town and the house is in a good location to travel to various places in the Algarve. We would definitely like to return one day.
