L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla,maritma che geograficamente si affaccia su uno dei più bei golfi di Palermo,(mondello),e a 3 km dal fascino,la storia e la cultura del centro di Palermo.Potrete inoltre godervi il vostro relax tra il profumo del mare che dista solo 20 mt. dall'appartamento e le specialità culinarie di una storica borgata palermitana.
Appartamento da 115 mq al 7° piano di un lussuoso residence con tutti i confort e una vista mare mozzafiato,ideale per una vacanza nel segno del relax.
Dispone di 2 stanze da letto tra cui una con bagno in camera,un altro bagno,entrambi con tutti gli accessori necessari.piu una piccola stanza con finestra vista mare , con due letti a castello
Un salone con vista mare e 4 posti letto e un ampio balcone con tavolo e sedie ideale per cene e pranzi.
Una cucina-soggiorno molto ampia da 25 mq,completamente attrezzata di:forno,frigorifero,congelatore,forno a micro onde e una adiacente veranda con balcone dotata di lavatrice,ferro e asse da stiro.
la struttura inoltre dispone di climatizzatore caldo e freddo,WIFI,ricevitore satellitare,TV,ascensore e posto auto privato.
