Luxuriously furnished, comfortable and immaculately kept 3 BHK Row Villa For Rent at Benaulim south Goa in a clean & secure complex with swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Unwind yourself to the natural and scenic beauty of Goa at the World famous Benaulim Beach. The villa comprises of 3 A/C bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 3 bathrooms cum toilets and an access to private balconies. Geysers are installed in bathrooms for hot water consumption. There is also a provision of an inverter power backup system. The lounge area is furnished to a high standard with five seater sofa, LCD TV and a six seater dining table. The villa is also equipped with a professionally planned modular kitchen having all the modern gadgets such as refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, cooking range, water purifier, kettle and a toaster.
Benaulim / Benaulim Beach area
“Benaulim stands slap in the middle of the spectacular 25-kilometer pure white sand Colva beach, 7km west of Margao, Goa's second city. It is still hard to beat as a place to unwind, the seafood is superb, the beach is breath-taking. Shelving away almost to Cabo da Rama on the horizon, the beach is lined with Goa's largest, and most colourfully decorated, fleet of wooden outriggers... Benaulim's proximity to Margao market, along with the presence of a large Christian fishing community, means its restaurants serve some of the tastiest, competitively priced seafood in Goa.
Zen Gardens is two minutes' walk from Maria Hall crossroads, where there are fruit and vegetable stalls, a newspapers, pharmacy, bank/ATM, restaurant and bar, wine shop, rickshaw and taxi stands, and regular buses to Margao. A further five minutes leads to the village centre, where there are travel agents, money exchange, internet cafes, mobile phone shop, supermarket, German bakery, ice-cream parlours, hairdressers and a good choice of restaurants and bars, A further 10 minutes' walk past the paddy fields leads to the beautiful unspoilt beach with a dozen or so “shacks” providing the best value food and drink in Goa, water sports and dolphins. Cycles, motor bikes and cars can be rented cheaply in the village.

“Simply Awesome”
The location is easily accessible and is nearby to local shops and beach. We were a group of 7 and we loved it. We will visit again. P.S. The network connection is very weak there is no WIFI.
