Description

Our studio apartment is within the San Francisco II complex, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The complex is situated in the old town area of Puerto del Carmen and is 3 minutes walk from the harbour. It has two pools, sunbathing terrace, sun beds and parasols. There is a pool bar where food and drink is served. The studio is a single room with twin beds and a seating and kitchen area. The kitchen has a hot plate, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk in shower. All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A safe is provided free of charge. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The terrace, which has sea views and overlooks the harbour, has a table and chairs and parasol. There are many restaurants and bars in the old town, and local supermarkets close to the front and back gates of the complex. Reception is open 10am - 2pm, 6 days a week.

Response from the owner Thank you for your comments. The dampness issue was investigated earlier this year and it requires extensive work to rectify. The intention is to get it sorted out before the end of the year. I do hope that it has not put you off booking the apartment again in the future.

“Had a great time.”

This was mine and my partners first time at this apartment and it didn't disappoint. We came for 11 nights and had the best time. The apartment was in good condition and had an amazing view from the balcony. There was plenty to do around the apartment with bars and restaurants a short walk away. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would deffinetly look into stopping here again.

If Anne-Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
