Description
A light and sunny apartment situated on the upper ground floor of Osborne House, a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian house. The apartment has views of the Pier and Downs and is less than 100 metres from the seafront and old stone quay. It is ideally placed for lazing on Swanage's award-winning sandy beach or taking invigorating walks along the Jurassic coast.
The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double room with king-size bed and 1 twin room with two single beds), bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine, sitting room with TV, DVD, CD/radio and a selection of books, DVDs and CDs. It is comfortably furnished with seating for four, a dining table to seat four, and a huge bay window from which to enjoy the views. The rooms are light and airy with high ceilings and tall windows. The apartment also benefits from a communal garden at the rear of the property, and one allocated parking space.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are all provided. The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
Bookings now being taken for April-September 2024. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) considered outside high season.
NB: There are steps up to the front door of Osborne House, and so the apartment is not ideally suited to those who have difficulty with stairs or for very young children.

“Great holiday”
Comfortable flat, Greatwell equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Flat was light & airy. Only problem we had was as old people the outside steps could possibley benifit a hand rail

“Perfect to recharge and relax”
A lovely quiet, comfortable flat with everything you could need when away from home. It has a homely welcoming feel to it, and is so nice to return to after a long walk. Perfectly situated, with gorgeous views from the lounge and super shops to mooch about. Will definitely be back soon for another stay and to recharge the batteries.

“Perfect location with views of the sea”
As a returning guest, I’m as impressed as I was on my first stay. Beautiful flat, very thoughtfully laid out. Wonderful views from the flat and two minutes walk to the sea. Highly recommend and I’ve already booked my next stay there!
