Hai, welcome, bienvenue, willkommen,
Everything for a long or short comfortable stay! For business and for holidays.
Clean house with 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, roofterrace. Linnen, towels soap, shampoo supplied. Possibility to have your selfmade food or drinks on the (hopefully) sunny roofterrace with view on the canal.
Free parking for your car.
Best facilities: washingmachine, TV, internet, etc. A relaxing place for after the long city walks and museum tours.
The house is well located in the more relaxed, green part of the city.About 8 minutes walk from shopping centre.
You will find the things for your breakfast. Coffee, drinks, food, etc. The city of Amsterdam doesnot allow a kitchen, but there is a kitchenette.
In less then 15 minutes to the centre and museum quarter: Van Goghmuseum, Ann Frankhouse, etc.
Easy access to public transport to any direction you would like to go. The tram stop is on 5 minutes walking distance and goes every 6 -10 minutes, frequently till midnight.
Only 15 -20 minutes from airport by bus.

“Lovely apartment within reach of Amtserdam city centre”
A very nice comfortable apartment . Johan was most helpful . Would happily recommend. 15 minites by tram to the sights. Plenty of breakfast goodies .

Great place, plenty of space, handy transport links. Really clean. Fridge full of food! I would really recommend this place for a peaceful break.

“GREAT +++”
The apartment is located about 25 minutes away from the city centre on Tram 2. It stops at the end of the road and is a scenic route through the suburbs of the city. The apartment itself is lovely, 2 very decent sized bedrooms and a large living space (not that your planning to spend much time here I’m sure...) My partner and I found the apartment exactly how it was described. Johan is very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We obviously partook in ALL the activities Amsterdam provides, and luckily, if your not too keen on sitting in the cafes (listening to the voices) then the apartment has a fab little roof terrace equipt with a perfectly placed heater above the table and chairs, great for cards (we spent hours playing cards) We were only here for 3 days so didn’t have much time to look around the area as we were keen to get into the centre and visit everything, so we didn’t manage to find a shop local to the apartment, but Johan very kindly leaves some breakfast items and bottles of water / milk in the fridge. If you use the beer or wine then you need to leave some money for it on the side. We didn’t use the tea/coffee facilities (my partner is a lactose intolerant so we couldn’t use the milk) but the apartment has its very own coffee machine and everything. It’s a great spot and perfectly located far enough away from the centre so you can escape the madness of the red light if you need to! Price is very reasonable. All in all, a great shout for anyone heading to the Dam anytime soon! Thank you Johan, we had a lovely time. I hope we’re welcome next time! See you soon.
