Dazzling Ocean View, Excellent Snorkeling! Newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo ready to go. Penthouse location, perfect for active guests who want the best view possible. Large rooftop terrace and balcony off the living room to take in the view and the sun, or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with a breathtaking panoramic view.
Every room has a beautiful view. Master bedroom with king or two singles, ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bedroom. Both have large closets and blackout curtains for late sleepers.
There is a full kitchen with ceramic countertop stove, full-sized refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker. Living area has plenty of furniture for relaxing , unwinding, watching Netflix. Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and lots of windows.
This condo is located at Punta Sur directly in front of a great swimming and snorkeling place, Garrafon de Castilla. For 60 pesos a day(about$4) you can relax on lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach or under a large palapa. Eat, drink(great food and margaritas!). enjoy the many amusing iguanas, swim, snorkel, feed the fish, all just a few feet away from your home away from home.

Response from the manager Many thanks for your review and feedback. One of the things I stress in the description is that it is a penthouse location(thus the superb views) and is recommended for active people. The stairs should of course have been clean, that can be remedied, as can the broken railing, which I was unaware of, so thanks for letting me know. Again, thanks for the helpful feedback.
