Description
Villa Sonia is a recently built modern contemporary eco-friendly house built over 3 levels, 300 mq. The house has all the latest technology, from under floor heating & airconditioning, automatic air recycling system. solar panels, independent temperature control per room, dehumidifyers, The entire workings of the house are controlled through a centralized computer which is accessed via a user friendly touch pad screen. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac down a small private road, and is only 300m from the beach. The house would be ideal for families with children. The house is surrounded by 200 mq of garden and patio with sofas, tables and chairs and a barbecue.
In terms of orientation, the house is just 5 minutes by car (or 10 minutes by bike) from the charming fishing village of Cesenatico, bursting with mouth watering fish restaurants and trattorias. If it is excitement you're after, the vibey center of Milano Marittima, with all its top end shops and bars famed for their extravagant apperitivos can be found just 6 Km in the opposite direction.
The local beach is totally child/family friendly, and is bordered by a beautiful stretch of pine forest.
