“Beware of bait and switch”

Response from the owner Unfortunately, we had to contact the client ahead of arrival to advise that there was an issue at the property that he booked and that we would accommodating at another of our units, with upgraded amenities, at the same address. The day of his arrival the client's GPS however led him to an address nearby to our location. We tried our best to guide the client to the correct address, while on the phone, but he was very suspicious and called TripAdvisor for assistance instead. The client eventually arrived at the accommodation but was still very upset. He later also had issues understanding how to use our air conditioning unit despite the clear instructions provided. In the end we understand that guests sometimes do not appreeciate the need to alter their reservation but we are satisfied thay the alternative was an upgrade and circumstances which resulted in the change was beyond our control. The guest eventually reported no further issues. Our elevator also works well. We are sorry however for the guest's experience which was largely from his regret about being relocated.
