Impressing and charming three bedroom villa ideally located in a residential Corsican village near fantastic beaches. The living room is contemporary and benefits from an atmospheric open fire - there are French doors leading onto the beautiful grounds. In the sleek kitchen are all the required appliances and utensils to enjoy cooking in the comfort of home - an opulent dining table and chairs can be found adjacent to the living area. Each of the bedrooms have attractive décor and furnishings boasting comfortable beds. The bathroom benefits from a bath tub and walk in shower cubicle. Outdoor living is certainly recommended - take a swim in the private pool or perhaps relax on a sun lounger and take in the breath-taking views.
The Villa is very stylish detached villa with a spectacular private safe swimming pool heated on a natural and preserved spot ideally located to enjoy corsica in every seasons.This self-catering and romantic villa is all air conditioned cosy and comfortable, very nearby from many white famous white powder sandy beaches (Santa Giulia bay, Palombaggia, Rondinara....) and about 4km from Porto Vecchio centre the famous Corsican balnear station, with about 300 sunny days by year! Porto Vecchio, south corsica, is one of the most sunny European spot. The old 'citadel' of Bonifacio and the fabulous golf of Spérone (18 holes) boarding the sea are nearby.
The villa has been visited and referred by the mirror (villa mirta), a picture is showing the swimming pool area.
The villa is also referred into tripadvisor website, for vacation rentals in Corsica and high rated by guests reviews.
The private pool is heated, gated and protected with a security alarm system, we're very involved in the young children safety.
