This unique recently rebuilt building with new construction materials located on the Douro riverfront is not only a apartment filled with natural luminous sunshine until the sunsets but also allows you to sit on the balcony to absorb the unforgettable view of Vila Nova de Gaia, the Arrabida Bridge and the Douro River on the horizon that takes your breath away…..all inserted amongst the most privileged surrounding areas of Porto.

One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen and small outdoor iron worked balcony.
The building is positioned in a quiet area next to the riverfront of the River Douro and in a perfect location central to everything around as: the historical center (15-minute walk), beach (10-minute by bus/20 min walk) and lush green gardens of the Crystal Palace Park (20-minute walk). “Perfect riverside location”
A wonderful location on the banks of the river with easy access to Porto city centre by tram or a 10 minute walk. The host met us and provided a wealth of information on the city's highlights. The accommodation was first class, full equipped with everything for a short stay. A small balcony over looking the river really was the icing on the cake. We have no hesitation is recommending this apartment and would gladly stay there again
