Description

This is a very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom house, with a large terrace and a shared pool nearby. It has a little ocean view from the porch, and is 50 meters from the beach.

This home is in a lovely community of 18 homes, with security and cleaning provided (once mid-week, but can be done more often if you for a small fee).

It is very peaceful here. Quiet with lovely nightime views of the stars and lights on the mainland.

There are 6 restaurants within 3 - 4 kilomers and some will deliver food.

It is helpful to have a car or motorcycle while here, although a truck comes every 2 days with meats and produce, and you can stay at home and relax and enjoy the tranquility.

The house is air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms (most people use it to cool the Living room as well).

This house has a refrigerator, microwave and gas stove, as well as pots and pans, dishes, etc. Towels and bed linens are provided.

There is a large screen TV and DVD player.

Kids can roam freely here. The house is located in Baan Talay Thai, 6 km South of the Ao Thammachat Ferry, and 3 km South of the Center Point Ferry.

We can arrange private minivan transportation from Bangkok if desired.

The Trat Airport shuttle can bring you to the island, where we will provide transportation to Baan Talay Thai. Also, buses are available from Bangkok that come directly to Koh Chang, where we can pick you up. If you anticipate doing a lot of exploring, it is worthwhile to rent a car. Or we can provide part-day transportation.

This house accommodates a maximum of 5 people. It has a king-size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another bedroom, and 2 sofas (one of which can be used as a bed for a child). Or we can provide and extra mattress pad.

quaite Resort with a lot of possibiliti to relax. the beach is not so the best aboud the Stones, but to stay at the Resort ist okay. If we would have noise and action, we could allways go to White San… More
