Description
"Villa Horizon" is located in Praiano, a peaceful town in the heart of the Magical Amalfi Coast and it can accomodate up to 5 persons.
It has a 360° spectacular panoramic view overlooking Mediterranean Sea, in fact from this enchanting property you can admire the entire Gulf of Salerno and the Cape of Conca facing South East and Capri island and Positano facing South West.
Access is easy through stairs of just 20 steps from the public road, where usually you can find a parking space for your car (but we can't guarantee it), something truly rare in this area !
Villa Horizon consists of a large air conditioning living room with two sofas and one armchair; a fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub-shower; two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with the possibility to add an extra single bed when there are five persons.
The main terrace is partially covered by an awning and equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs and it is really relaxing to stay outdoor, enjoying the sunset or a romantic dinner under the starlit sky of the fascinating Amalfi Coast.
Just few meters above the property there is the bus stop of the local bus that loops the town and takes you to the center of Praiano and also to the local beach of "Marina di Praia".
Only 5 minutes walk away there is the main square of San Luca where you can find a grocery/butcher's shop, a hardware store and also another bus stop of the bus that takes you also to the town of Positano.
The nearest restaurants, bars and more shops are within a walking distance of just 10/15 minutes.

Tourist Tax is € 3,00/night/person, to be paid in cash upon arrival to the owner, but children under the age of 10 are exempt.
Refundable Damage Deposit is € 250,00 to be paid in cash upon arrival to the owner.
Electricity and Hot/Cold AC are included up to a maximum weekley consumption of 100 KW, any additional KW to be paid in cash on site according to consumption (€ 0.49/KW) at the end of your stay.
To continue to make your stay comfortable, for longer stays over 7 days, we suggest a further cleaning and linen change mid-stay, to be agreed and paid in cash upon arrival to the owner.
It is forbidden to organize parties and events or to host and let anyone else overnight, than the communicated and registered guests, without the owner's prior consent !
