This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable furnishing.

Location,price and the complex was great with an amazing swimming pool. Clean apartment and quiet area. The person for the reception was really nice and helpful. 100% recommend.

“We had a great time”

This trip was our first time in Spain as we usually go to Greece. We enjoyed everything - the great location, friendly locals, beautiful weather, fresh food in interesting restaurants, shopping in the markets and shops, people watching in the seaside restaurants and bars. The house is perfectly sized and well positioned for holiday accommodation. We sat out on the sunny poolside patio and swam in the lovely pool. I enjoy swimming and when we were there in May I had it virtually to myself. Everything you need for a complete holiday is within walking distance. We did in fact hire a car and did some sightseeing in the vicinity and further afield in Cartagena. It was all very easy as the roads are well signposted and car parking was plentiful. We don't speak Spanish but managed to have some delicious meals in authentic local restaurants and even obtained some recipies by means of sign language/show & tell. If you like to meet local people and enjoy new experiences when you're abroad then this is a great place to go as there's a nice mix of Spanish people who speak English and those who don't. This is not Southend in Spain. It's Spanish Spain and it's fabulous.

“Great family place to go!”

Have holidayed here twice now and have had great time on both occasions. The house is very comfortable with a lovely pool just outside your front patio. The town/beach/promenade is just a short walk away, and is very safe, my teenagers 11-16 were allowed out on their own to shop and get icecream. The local food is really good, and the market has a great range of seafood for staying in and cooking. I found it very refreshing to go to Spain and not be surrounded by egg & chips ( the Chinese buffet is really good though! and would definitely recommend it) We were there when Spain won the world cup, the atmosphere was electric and the Spanish people very friendly. For a good day out try the Go Kart track.

“Lovely villa in a beautiful Spanish town”

Stayed at this property for 10 days in June, weather was beautiful, locals were all very friendly. There are lots of amazing restaurants (make sure you check out pizzaron) along the beach front a 5 minute walk away from the house as well as plenty of bars to choose from for the evening. When we didn't fancy going out there was a TV with Sky and a DVD player. The house was in a really good condition and the patio was a lovely area to relax in sun and the pool was great too. We will definitely be booking again this year.

“Shame about the neighbours and the owner[--]s response”

We rented this property for just over 2 weeks in Jul/Aug 2012. The owner was initially pleasant to deal with but slow in responding to emails. The first 2 days were lovely and then the neighbours turned up. To say they were noisy and rude was an understatement. They were in the process of re-furbishing their house which went on for a week from 9am til late at night including supposedly quiet siesta time. When the refurbishments were finished the noise of the TV and the shouting and arguing could be heard from the other side of the complex. We complained to the owner at the time but we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable by the owners onsite Rep. There was no control over their children's behaviour, they were spitting, shouting and fighting with each other which was intimidating for our kids to say the least, our daughters goggles were stolen and when approached they claimed they had purchased them. These neighbours have a reputation of not being messed with (we found this out from the other neighbours) therefore we didn't complain any further incase of repercussions. We understand that you can't always chose your neighbours but after talking with other residents in the complex we found out that this is normal behaviour for this family and feel that with this knowledge the owner should not be renting this property out. We again contacted the owner upon our return to explain our full experience and requested a partial refund, she didn't seem to care and dismissed our complaints even though we sent her a recording of the noise. The whole experience has put us off going back to this resort never mind just this villa. We received our security deposit back on 26th October (11 weeks after our return) after chasing it up twice.

Response from the owner It's such a shame that this couple didn't enjoy their holiday. I've never had any complaints about my neighbors prior to their visit and the family that went in afterwards had a lovely holiday and are repeating again this year. The reason for the delay in returning the deposit was because we were having ongoing discussions about this case and it wasn't until I was provided with the bank details that I was able to process the deposit refund.
