The marine life is abundant in front of the condo thanks to the sea current bringing all the nutrients to the corals:) The best way to snorkel is drifting from the near by Coral Princess to Miramar you can see tons of fishes! We do strive to make sure our guests leave our condo happy and Miramar 402 is indeed of the most popular Miramar condos thanks to the penthouse unobstructed views; we encourage guests to let us know of any maint. issues at the condo so that we can take care of them for our guests, as all the issues you have mentioned above were easily fixable and they have been addressed. We have replaced the fridge, we have replaced the main bathroom toilet and the wifi receiver in Miramar 402. We have also purchased plenty of wine glasses . We wish you gave us the opportunity to do this for you while you were here but we have not heard anything for you during your stay. We are sorry the building manager had to call your attention to please tone down the partying but Miramar is a lovely private and quiet building and we want to keep it this way for the rest of our guests. There is no construction on site, we had an emergency repair with a leaking pipe that we had to take care of asap, it was fixed within few hours. Although we would have preferred you had a better stay, your comments are highly appreciated. We do hope that we will get another opportunity to provide you with a more desirable stay. We are the onsite managers for both Puesta and Miramar so we are happy you will visit us again.
